If you are not done with your child's book, hold off working on it during class today.
First, do these things:
1. Make sure you have your two zombie haiku on the blog.

2. Write a scary story using Ms. John's scary story prompt on MyAccess. This is a contest. The deadline is tomorrow, Wednesday, October 30. Remember that you can work on it from home or from anywhere you have Internet access.

3. If you have extra time today, work on your child's book -- if needed -- or work on an entry for the PTSA Reflections Contest: Believe, Dream, Inspire.

To access MyAccess at home, click on the MyAccess link located under the Resources heading on the school website or type “myaccess.com” in the address line.
Username: First five letters of last name followed by first
3 letters of first name followed by 000 or whatever number combination you use for your student Skyward login.
Example: smithale032 or wood deb000 (spaces are needed for names less than 5
Password: your student ID#
To start an assignment, click on Assignments.
